Dolly-Parton
born on January. 19th of 1946, in Locust Ridge Tenn into a low-income family that would ultimately consist of 12 children Dolly Parton learned early to overcome the challenges of her life through her vivid and broad imagination. She was writing songs before she could read or write. Once she had her first guitar at age of eight, she started to perform on radio stations in Knoxville in Tennessee. Her first album was recorded within the same calendar year Gold Band Records, a small independent label. While she was studying, she already established herself within the local arena. But her dream was to be able to make music on a bigger level. When she graduated from the high school in 1964, she moved immediately to Nashville. Her first charting records on Monument Records included Dumb Blonde and Something Fishy both in 1967. Porter Wagoner began looking for female singers to join his syndicated television program at approximately the same at the same time. Parton was hired in the year 1967 she signed with RCA Records by 1968, and was a part of the Grand Ole Opry. Then, in 1974, she left The Wagoner's Show due to the popularity of her solo songs like Joshua Coats of Many Colors or Jolene was outstripping their joint releases. Parton, after the split of their relationship with Wagoner, wrote"I Will Never Love You and saw it climb to the top spot at No. Its first appearance at the top spot was in 1974.
